How delivery works

PowerPrompt is a digital PDF product. After successful payment, the checkout confirmation page provides access to the download and Lemon Squeezy sends a receipt to the email address used at checkout.

Delivery timing

Access is normally immediate. There is no physical shipment. If your receipt or download link does not appear within 15 minutes, check your spam or promotions folder and then contact support.

Download support

Include your order number and purchasing email address when requesting help. Do not send payment-card details by email.
