Information we receive
When you join the PowerPrompt email list, we receive the email address and optional first name you provide. When you purchase, Lemon Squeezy processes your checkout and may provide us with order details such as your name, email address, purchased product, order status, and support history. We do not receive or store your full payment-card number.
Website analytics
We use privacy-conscious first-party analytics to understand visits and improve the website. We record a randomly generated visitor identifier stored in your browser, a session identifier, the page visited, broad referral source or campaign labels, and actions such as email signup, PDF download, product-interest clicks, and checkout starts. We do not store visitor IP addresses, full referrer URLs, or advertising profiles. Analytics are not recorded when your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.
How information is used
We use subscriber information to provide requested downloads, announce product availability and launch offers, and send occasional practical PowerPrompt content. We use aggregated analytics to measure site performance and marketing effectiveness. We use order information to deliver purchases, provide customer support, prevent fraud, maintain business and tax records, and send essential transaction communications. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers and retention
We use service providers, including Lemon Squeezy, to operate checkout, tax, receipts, and digital delivery. Website and subscriber information is stored using our hosting provider’s infrastructure. Information is retained only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above and for support, legal, accounting, and security requirements.
Your choices
You may enable Do Not Track in your browser to prevent new analytics events. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link included in an email. You may also ask us to correct or delete information we control, subject to legal recordkeeping requirements, by contacting our support address.
