Digital product purchases

PowerPrompt products are delivered as downloadable digital files. Because access is provided immediately after payment, purchases are generally final once the file has been accessed or downloaded.

When we will help

If you are charged more than once, receive a corrupted or inaccessible file, or the product is materially different from its description, contact us within 14 days of purchase. We will first try to correct the problem and may issue a refund when the problem cannot reasonably be resolved.

How to request help

Email us with the purchasing email address, order number, and a short description of the problem. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer law.
